Executive Director - Part Time, Seasonal
The TNA Executive Director is a part-time position, with peak engagement from October 15 - April 15 and reduced off-season hours as needed. The ED is responsible for organizational administration, member communications, grant writing, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement, and community event execution.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $35 per hour
Minimum guarantee: 10 hours per week during the 6-month season (Oct 15 – Apr 15)
Potential bonuses: based upon membership and fundraising targets.
Projected Season: approx. $15,000 = 428.5 hours = average 16-17 hrs per week
Off-season: Hours as required for grants, planning, and administrative tasks (August – September focus)
Classification: Independent contractor
Location: Based in the Telluride region; presence at TNC and trail sites required during the season

Telluride Nordic Center Manager - Seasonal
The Telluride Nordic Center Manager oversees all day-to-day operations of the Nordic Center from mid-November through the end of ski season. Reporting to the TNA Executive Director and Board, the Manager is responsible for staffing, rental services, lessons and clinics, youth programming, retail, and community partnerships.
